The Dynamic Dampening front suspension upgrade for ELFs made before mid-2014 takes the edge off the bumps. It also reduces noise and vibration. A neoprene closed cell elastomer stack has just enough “compliance” to give a smooth ride, yet retain the taut and nimble handling that makes the ELF such a pleasure to ride. This kit is able to be installed with basic hand tools. For riders that are not as mechanically inclined, your local bike shop should be able to help install it for you.
