Organic Transit seeks highly motivated, sales focused individuals to join our expanding, energetic team in Durham, NC. We are growing fast with our first product, the ELF, and we need dedicated and passionate people to help achieve our continued growth. You have a unique opportunity to play a key role with Organic Transit driving sales growth and adoption!
Sales Associates will drive opportunity qualification, customer deal progression (including ability to explain the mechanics of the ELF and conducting test drives), and closure of new business. This is a great opportunity for sales people who have had a few years of experience.
- Proven experience carrying and exceeding sales quota
- Experience with direct consumer and business sales
- Experience closing deals
- Previous history of achieving sales goals
- Prior formal sales training is not required but a plus
- Strong phone skills are required
- Strong one on one communication skills
- Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, and related CRM applications
- BS/BA degree
- Durham, NC based
